Todd's 4th Book, "Bios and Farewells" was published in mid 2020.

With the current pandemic, many events had to be cancelled, such as book signings...once the current restrictions are lifted, signings will be held as needed.  

 

To obtain signed copies of all four books, copies are available at Courtland Hardware and the Harford County Historical Society.
